Getting older it really sucks & as a younger person I didn’t take care of myself at all, I ate the wrong things, drank way too much and exercise was only for athletes. But the hard thing for me to comprehend is that after all of this neglect and eating the wrong foods etc I certainly didn’t deserve it but I did have fantastic abs.
Wind the clock forward some twenty years when you know all the things about your body to keep it fit and well.
